What a Free Estimate Means
A free estimate means you can ask what a job would involve and what it would cost without paying anything for the conversation. You are not committing to anything by asking. We listen first, look carefully at the situation, and talk you through your choices in everyday terms, so you can decide what fits for your home or your light commercial property.
You hear the number first
Because our pricing is flat rate, the figure you are given is the figure for the job. Nobody wants to approve work and then wait to learn what it costs, so we state the price up front, before work starts.
No sales pressure
Our approach is to explain, not to push. If a repair is the sensible choice, we will say so. If a system is at the point where replacement is worth discussing, we will walk through that too, and you can take the time you need.

We handle both trades under one roof, which is why the question comes up for a range of projects.

There are two easy ways to start. Call us at (702) 808-8861, or use the form below and tell us what is going on. We are open Monday to Saturday, 6:00am to 7:00pm, with Sundays by appointment, and same day service is available across the valley. Larger projects may also qualify for financing, so ask if that would help.
